FAMILY waterfront renovation ON THE SEVERN RIVER
An overhaul of the main living floor opened up this family home to views of the Severn River and Naval Academy Bridge. Warm-dim downlights gave the client added control of the atmosphere.
Several view points were framed by the architectural lighting. Decorative lighting was selected by the client and careful thought to materiality and scale was taken into consideration. Blending old and new was of utmost importance as was highlighting family heirlooms and artwork.
